Terms & Conditions
1. Registration and Payment: Parents or guardians must complete registration forms for each child attending the camp. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure a spot for the child.
2. Health and Safety: The camp organisers will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the children participating. Parents or guardians must inform the camp organisers of any relevant medical conditions or allergies their child may have.
3. Supervision: Trained staff members will supervise the children during camp activities. Parents or guardians must ensure that their child arrives and departs from the camp at the specified times. Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.
4. Behaviour: Children are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards staff members, other participants, and the camp facilities. The camp reserves the right to dismiss any child whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.
5. Equipment and Attire: Children should come prepared with appropriate attire and equipment for each sport activity. The camp will not be responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
6. Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, camp staff will administer first aid and seek appropriate medical attention. Parents or guardians will be notified immediately.
7. Photography and Media: The camp may take photographs or videos of the children participating in activities for promotional purposes. Parents or guardians who do not wish for their child to be photographed or filmed must inform the camp in writing.
8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by parents or guardians 7 days prior to the start of the camp will be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this time except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the camp organisers.
9. Changes to Schedule: The camp reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, or location of the camp if necessary. Parents or guardians will be notified of any changes in advance.
10. Liability: The camp organisers, staff, and facilities will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the course of the camp, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
By registering their child for the camp, parents or guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
